About the author

The author has a T-shaped professional background and academic roots. The experience spans multiple industries and all levels of IT, from Quality Assurance through to Enterprise Architecture. That breadth came with a single habit. In every role, the author studied a new problem the same way: find the sources, weigh the alternatives, apply a solution, identify the gaps, and make notes. The Control Gradient and the book are the output of that habit.
